Tuart Hill Primary School

Breakfast Club

Tuart Hill PS Breakfast Club runs each Wednesday morning and would welcome volunteers to assist with food preparation and clean-up, as well as provide socila interaction for the children attending.  Volunteers attend for an hour from 7.45am each Wedsnesday.

Support-a-Reader Program

The Support-a-Reader Program provides opportunities for students to spend 10 to 15 minutes with a caring adult on a regular basis, to provide one-to-one support as the student develops literacy skills.  Volunteers come to school for an hour (or more, if desired) per week, working with 4 students within that hour.  Full training is provided and the volunteer's attendance time is by negotiation with the school.
